Happy Experience

I have recently sold my house and purchased a new one. As we all know, buying or selling a house is one of the most stressful events in a person's life. The last thing we need is a Real Estate Agent that adds to that stress.

This is the third house that I purchase and I hired different agents for the first two. I had Laurin Maurais as my Real Estate Agent for this last one and I can attest by comparison of the other two, that Laurin is top.

Not only did he handle everything professionally and in a timely manner, but he knows how to make his customers feel like people and not just a number. He answered all of my questions in plain English or French and he did not put any pressure on me to buy this one or that one. Through casual conversations he helped me make a decision on which one to purchase and all other decisions related to house selling and purchasing.

He was always a phone call away and I never felt embarrassed at asking him anything. He also addressed any concerns both before and after purchase. He is not afraid to put in time and to find out information when he is not sure of answers.

I was nervous at first to make such a big decision of selling and buying by myself, but having him with me all along made this event one of the best experiences for me.
